Please join the Federal Real Property Association for a panel discussion with the GSA and the DOE on smart building technology.
With more than 350,000 energy- utilizing buildings, the Federal government is the nation’s largest energy consumer. Energy used in buildings and facilities represents about 38% of the total site-delivered energy use of the Federal government. The panel discussion will focus on how both GSA and the Department of Energy are working with Federal agencies to meet energy-related goals, identify and implement emerging building technologies across the Federal portfolio, facilitate public-private partnerships, and provide energy leadership to the country by identifying government best practices.
