The Women’s Council on Energy and the Environment will host a Lunch & Learn Series event on ” Mexico’s Energy Reforms – A Developing Destination for Investment.”

Mexico’s energy reforms provide an historic opportunity to revitalize its state-owned energy sector and bolster the overall economy. No Mexican assets will be privatized, but the nation’s vast oil resources, including offshore and unconventional fields, will open to international players. Offshore deep-water areas have generated excitement in the investor community, as has the potential for unconventional development. The electricity sector is also poised for major change, new investment and expansion. The essential elements of the reform will be discussed at this event.

Featuring Sheila S. Hollis, WCEE Past President and chair of Duane Morris’s Washington, DC office.

Online registration is available until: 7/21/2015
