The Administration and the House of Representatives have proposed deep cuts to key energy efficiency programs, from Energy Star to appliance and building standards. As Congress works toward a final budget deal this fall, it’s more important than ever to make our collective voice heard in Washington. To that end, we are excited to reconvene energy efficiency’s leading influencers for another full day of advocacy and education as we host Great Energy Efficiency Day II.
Victories and Opportunities in the Federal Efficiency Program Landscape will highlight how current policy and program infrastructure has successfully improved efficiency and the economy, as well as the opportunities for improvement moving forward. In addition to Congressional keynotes, panels will discuss “An Investment That Delivers: Federal Energy Efficiency Programs at Work” and “Missed Opportunities: Gaps in the Policy Landscape.” More information on the agenda is available online.
