“A Fireside Chat on the Mindset for Leaders in Sustainability with the Board of Directors of the National Chapter of Net Impact”

WHAT: Join us for a fireside chat with leading sustainability leaders and global Net Impact board members — Dr. Steve Schein, Kathrin Winkler, and Laura Asiala — on the mindsets of sustainability leaders and the evolving mission of the field. Gain valuable insight on our objectives as a community and how you can potentially increase influence in the field. We invite you to stay afterwards to network and mingle with our panelists and hear more about their stories.

PLUS: Dr. Steve Schein, Net Impact board member and author of “A New Psychology For Sustainability Leadership“, will present a short overview of his new book and will be on-hand to sign copies of the book that will be available for sale.

PLUS: In concert with the event’s theme, for those that are considering graduate work in sustainability — Carrie Hatcher, Assistant Director of Recruitment for Virginia Tech’s Center for Leadership in Global Sustainability, will give an overview of the Master of Natural Resources degree programs and will be on-hand to answer questions.
