Finding Common Ground: Climate Solutions for the Next Administration

Join GW’s Trachtenberg School of Public Policy & Public Administration and School of Media & Public Affairs for a discussion of climate change moderated by Frank Sesno, director of the School of Media and Public Affairs and the creator and host of Planet Forward, a user-driven web and television project that highlights innovations in sustainability.

The centrist discussion, “Finding Common Ground: Climate Solutions for the Next Administration,” will feature:

  • Lynn Scarlett, Managing Director, Public Policy at the Nature Conservancy and Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Interior in the George W. Bush administration
  • Mike Boots, Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute and former head of President Obama’s Council of Environmental Quality

The presentation will be followed by a short networking reception in the Art Gallery Lobby.
