Feasibility Study for a Potential Community Choice Aggregation in Arlington County

Register for this Event

Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), also known as municipal aggregation, is an alternative energy procurement model that allows municipalities to aggregate electrical energy load of residential, commercial, and industrial retail customers within their boundaries. The webinar will present the findings of the feasibility study for the creation of a CCA program in Arlington County and will provide some insights and recommendations for communities that would like to explore this option. Arlington was chosen for the project due to its transformative Community Energy Plan, though Arlington is not an official partner of this effort.

Virginia Clean Energy is a nonprofit organization, whose mission is to accelerate the expansion of renewable energy and energy efficiency via Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Learn more at http://www.virginiacleanenergy.org
