Bar Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Section and cosponsored by the Environmental Law Institute.The Trump Administration and 115th Congress will almost certainly seek to dramatically change existing federal climate policies. At the same time, international, state and even local efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions and address the impacts of climate change are likely to move forward, perhaps with greater vigor than in previous years. The Panel will discuss the outlook for climate change policies at all levels in the coming year and beyond.
