The early days of the 116th Congress present an opportunity for fresh conversations around energy and climate policymaking at the federal level. Duke University’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions, Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment, and Resources for the Future are joining together to provide Congressional offices with updates on the latest climate science and policy research. Led by Woods Director, Chris Field, a panel of experts from the three organizations will participate in a moderated discussion on emissions trends, technology developments and solutions, and developments on the science and politics of climate change policy. The moderated discussion will be followed by an off-the-record question and answer session addressing areas of interest identified by attendees.
