Join WRI’s Climate Program for an energy and climate seminar by the Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre (APERC) to discuss a new report, which includes a climate change scenario that models what the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) would need to do consistent with a global limit of 2-degrees Celsius warming by 2050.
The report, published every three years, is an energy outlook for the 21 nations of APEC. Based in Tokyo, APERC is a research institute for the Energy Working Group of the APEC and administratively part of the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan.
