Obstacles & Opportunities for Renewable Energy Development in Ukraine

Members of a delegation of energy researchers, policy advocates, and municipal government representatives will discuss obstacles and opportunities for the development and use of renewable energy, particularly biomass in Ukraine. The speakers are in Washington DC for the first week in March under the aegis of the Open World exchange program to meet with their American counterparts, to learn from U.S. experience, and to share their work and perceptions.
