U.S. Energy in a Global Market General Session 1 - Will provide an international perspective on the U.S. energy markets and how we, as lawyers and energy professionals, can assist our clients to foresee and mitigate risks, respond to emerging issues, seize new opportunities and adapt to changes that come from abroad.

Challenges to Development of U.S. Energy Infrastructure General Session 2 - Will discuss the challenges to constructing new and operating existing infrastructure to best utilize an evolving energy mix, including environmental siting and permitting issues for new energy facilities, the implications of changes in infrastructure utilization and market demands, as well as cost recovery and cost allocation.
