The oil licensing agency ANP held its fourth pre-salt bid round on June 7 and Petrobras is looking to divest assets in refining, pipelines, and LNG. Will Brazil meet its oil and gas production targets and sustainably develop the vast pre-salt reserves? How can the country diversify its electricity matrix?
